Chicken in Paris is not any old chicken
Parisians are very particular about where and how their chickens are grown
Of a week-end you find them lined up to purchase
poulet fermier or poulet traditionnel with patates.
Many times I have purchased the beautiful yellow
grain fed poulet-fermier from this little shop and have not been disappointed
they pack it neatly into a box surrounded by crisp roast potatoes wedges.
Take-away food of the very best quality.
